SOURCING & STOCKING
Dignity Innovations sources the high quality raw materials with the best team. We source our raw materials from Ahmedabad, Bhivandi, Mumbai, Surat, Salem, Erode andd Tiruppur. We stock the raw materials and make the stringent quality checks to ensure no room for poor quality raw materials.
CAD and Product Development
DIGNITY can comprehend the swinging-pendulum of the fashion world and can, therefore, adapt to the taste of trendy consumers. This keeps DIGNITY one step ahead of other textile manufacturers. It has restructured its Sample-Division into a Design & Development Unit. Hi-tech Japanese & German machines and the Lectra computer aided apparel design system for optimum accuracy in pattern making. This fully-fledged section, headed by experts, prepares its own seasonal collection according to the latest market trends. DIGNITY’s insightful R&D team is always on the lookout for new types of fabrics and products. This helps the Design and Development team and results in better client-management.
Garment Production Units
With the area of 125,000 Sq.ft we have a very spacious and highly ventilated Garment production Units contains latest machines and technologies for effective production. At present Dignity has 5 garment production units.
Cutting
With skilled employees and high tech Machineries the cutting department cuts the fabrics into marked shapes and send it to sewing department for the production of garments
In House Laundry
With the In-house Washing Department dignity can modify the outlook, appearance, comfortability and design of the ready-made garments. It can alo make customized garments according to the buyer’s requirements.
In House Embroidery
With the Computerized Embroidery unit, dignity can perform complex and customized embroideries. Stringent quality checks are made before and after the embroidery which ensures no room for errors.
Quality Control Department
Operating more than two decades, DIGNITY has perfected its Quality control system, and it now features a unique capability in terms of industry-low rework and repair rate.It has acquired the latest Quality-Control equipment, and developed quality-consciousness among the workforce. Finishing and Packaging:
Packaging is the final process in the garment production process. This is where the finishing and Merchandising team meets. With its highly skilled packaging team, dignity assures no damage for the garments until reaching the the clients.
